"Avoid"

Received a perfume gift set from parfumdreams.ie which had no bottle of perfume in it and only the shower gel. This was particularly annoying as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift and wouldn’t get a new one on time.

The company then said they would claim from the couriers but there was no suggestion that the parcel had been tampered with by couriers.

I was then told to make my own claim to DHL so parfumdreams will not take responsibility for this at all.

Like others mentioned, I would recommend notino.ie rather than this website for a more reliable service
