Our family had a very good experience with Lottie in what was a difficult situation. We found them extremely responsive and quick to understand the specific care needs involved. I would recommend them to anyone looking for respite / permanent care. We also had really positive feedback on them from the care home that we ended up selecting, which must be encouraging.
