The visit was great. The practicioner was on time, kind and patient. The app itself is easy to use and booking appointments is easy too. Try them out, you won't regret it.

"No prescription sent, extremely frustrated "

I saw a doctor in the morning, seemed straightforward and as if my needs would be met. After going to the pharmacy nearly 3 hours later, I was told no prescription was sent over. This was an urgent matter and this was highly concerning. I’m not satisfied with the services and am extremely frustrated. I’m now having to go to an urgent care to get a prescription from a different doctor since I was left without the medicine I need immediately. I will be asking for a refund on any charges because this is ridiculous.

The convenience of the appointments with not having to change your work schedule is wonderful. My provider, Dr. Maria Peres-Barbosa, is always very pleasant and easy to communicate with regarding my medical issues. I feel Circle Medical is a wonderful medical service to help with medical needs.

Miss Jade was very patient worth me as I was running behind and she waited for me to complete my drive. She was very polite and efficient with her job. Circle medical, over all, has bin a huge win so far for me. I feared waiting months to get an appointment but they got me in within 24 hrs.

"Lack of care and communication"

I had my first patient visit with Adam W. on January 7th. I was under the impression that after seeing a provider, I could move forward with treatment. However, Adam requested lab results, which I had completed recently (within the past month). I promptly sent these results to the support email, as instructed.

The email stated the results would be uploaded within 24–48 hours, but my provider still did not see them on the portal. Despite sending screenshots of the results directly, the issue remained unresolved. Frustrated by the lack of communication and follow-up, I decided to cancel my follow-up appointment with Adam since my provider never received the results.

It has been now over a week, and I have yet to hear from anyone regarding this matter. The level of follow-up and care I’ve experienced with Circle Medical has been disappointing and feels impersonal—like I am just another transaction. Worse, I am still not feeling better and am left without a clear path forward.

I expected a higher standard of care and communication…
