She was very responsive to my concerns regarding my health and gave me the best advice and guidance to get through the process. I specifically stated what I needed to see a doctor for and was told that she (nurse or doc assistant, not a real doctor) was not able to help me. I am waiting for a refund.

"Incompetence and lack of support"

Just another echo of everyone else's complaints. Support is horrendous. You only get support within a day when they KNOW they've messed up and needed to do something (like file an authorization 4 days prior). Then they act like they've done you a great service. I requested support Thursday afternoon and am still waiting for someone to get back to me on Sunday morning. Because of their incompetence and lack of care, I have been waiting on a prescription for 10 days now with no end in sight. There are other people you can and should go to over circle. I'll be going to Talkiatry from now on. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Great, comprehensive service and detailed follow up plan. The only difficulty is having to use my phone instead of a desktop to access my inbox and medical records. That's poor planning on their part.
