Delivered when stated. Was problem with table legs damaged when packed. Was replaced within days. Very pleased.

Excellent quality furniture and a great service, I accidently ordered a coffee table instead of a TV stand and without question they collected when delivering my bookcase and credited straight away. The furniture came fully assembled and well packed delivered to my chosen room, highly recommend.

"Love the Mikey 4 seater sofa"

We bought the Mikey 4 seater corner sofa which comprises of two middle sections, two corner sections and a footstool as this is what fit our room best according to the measurements. The showroom was too far away to visit so we took a risk based on reading the positive reviews.

Happy we did because the sofa is nice to look at and soooo comfortable and fits the space perfectly. The communication from order to delivery was really good and the delivery men were very friendly and also brilliant communication the day before and on delivery day. Couldn’t ask for better service really.

Only one negative I would say is the feet were quite difficult to screw in but got there in the end - took me 90 mins on my own to put the feet on each section. But overall really impressed and happy and would definitely order from them again.

Pre arranged appointment via online chat was quick and easy.
On attending appointment we were welcomed by Christina who apologised for the delay in accessing the showroom. Christina was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

Easy to order and fast delivery. We ordered a corner sofa which was a bit difficult to put together with the hinges. But well worth it as the furniture is comfortable and good value for money. The delivery guys were good too. Would definitely use this company again.

We were nervous about buying furniture online without seeing the items but needn't have worried. The product quality is excellent, the delivery team were so helpful and the customer service team amazing. As you can tell, very happy customer!

"Let down by sales team."

Spoke to one of their Salesman via live chat Saturday morning and asked if it was possible to send me a short walk around video via whatsapp to me as my wife and I were very interested in the Svago chair in green leather, especially as it had 35% off until last night (sunday) he assured me we'd have it by the end of Saturday, the video was never forthcoming and they are closed on a Sunday, the price has also now risen by another 25%! I do wish people wouldn't say they'd do something and they don't.
Shame really as this company have some favorable reviews but sadly not this time for us.
