This company made a mistake and delivered the wrong piece. They returned with the right one, constructed and installed it, and collected the old one, removing all wrapping. All with no fuss on my part. All companies make the odd mistake. This is their first with me and I have a number of their pieces. How they react to a problem says a lot about a company and their reaction was first rate

We went to the showroom to look at the dining chairs the day after Boxing Day and Ellie was excellent. We wanted to check that the chairs would be comfortable and suitable for our needs and didn’t want to buy online without seeing them. We are very pleased with our purchase and are considering buying a further two in a different colour for the breakfast bar. The deliver was arranged for 10 days later and the delivery team were courteous, and polite and on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

"Disappointing Service and Lack of Empathy"

I was extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service and customer support I received. I was assured that unpacking and installation services would be available as long as I removed the old furniture, which I did. However, these services were not provided at the time of delivery.

When I contacted customer service while the driver was still on-site to request unpacking and installation, I was told it wasn’t possible and would need to be scheduled for a later date. This left my elderly parents, both pensioners, without sofas and no clear timeline for when the issue would be resolved.

I also found the response from customer service dismissive and frustrating, as I was told assembling the sofas was "very easy." This added to my frustration, as it felt like a lack of empathy for our situation. The whole experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I feel completely let down by the company.
