I initially saw the sofa I liked online.
I did a lot of comparisons and determined that this was my best choice for size and price. I then made an appointment to visit the showroom (where I travelled to from London). I met Ellie that day who was really friendly and helpful. I placed an order immediately, for delivery the week before Christmas.
Although I had measured the space, on the day of delivery, I realised that I hadn't checked the doors for access and panicked! I needn't have worried as Alex was reassuring and we did a walk through and he managed to get the 4 boxes in via my patio doors. Alex was incredibly helpful and also very cheerful despite his very early start. Once in and unpacked, I was absolutely delighted with this sofa and its potential permutations. This is a great family business to deal with. The prices are competitive and the product I received is of excellent quality. All in all, I am very happy.

Ordered sideboard which was delivered on the day and time agreed but the delivery team would not wait for me to unpack and check. Kept saying with the amount of polystyrene it wouldn’t be damaged. Told him I still wanted to check it. Driver said “do you want it or send it back”. So with that challenge told him to take it back!!
Phoned the office who apologised but didn’t do a great deal to rectify the situation so told them I wanted a refund.
Now have to wait up to 10 days to get it back.
Totally disappointed with the service overall.
