"Easy order, but week follow up info"

The package tracking process is somewhat of a pain. You have to type in a 26 digit tracking number and then the FedEx site gives very little detail about where your package is actually at. No expected delivery date is given. Is it going to be here in two days or another six weeks? You just can’t tell. Can’t comment on product quality as it is not in my possession yet but still in shipping.
