"Atrocious delivery time"

Ordered 2 compost bins on 5th April with 14 day delivery. Received a note almost immediately saying it might take 4 weeks. After getting no response from Evengreener I contacted their parent company Straight Affiliates and received a response. The bins eventually arrived after 86 days!!! They look fine (hence not giving only 1* but the service is terrible, even making allowances for the COVID-19 situation.

"Awful from start to finish."

My experience with Even Greener was an absolute disaster. I placed my order on 27.04.20 and by 30.06.20 I still had not received my products.

They're not answering their phones so they direct you to email their customer service department. After sending my fourth email to them and threatening a 'Chargeback' (try this if you're getting nowhere) I had a rather limp, impersonal response apologising for any inconvenience caused and offering a refund which I gladly took.

I will not be attempting to do business with this company again.

I appreciate that there's a pandemic on but some companies have really flourished and upped their game when it comes to looking after their customers.

"No Caddy Liners"

The caddy liners were not delivered and although I emailed to notify you of this, I have not received a reply.

I also requested a text prior to delivery, but did not receive this even though my mobile number was on the delivery note. Fortunately I arrived home in time to see the driver leaving.
