Excellent service my water butt had a 4-6 wk delivery had it in 2 good price, quality excellent. Eco friendly thats a bonus. Would recommend company and use again.

Can't give them zero so had to give 1. Like so many others it seems I had terrible 'service' from this lot. ordered water butts on 16/04, arrived today 2 1/2 months later. Delivery forecast was 4 weeks, this went to 6 to 8 but they didn't answer any enquiry e-mails and their phone number said they only accept e-mails.

I got to a point 10 days ago that I opened a non receipt of goods claim with my credit card. This may have given them a push. I got an e-mail to say coming in 5 to 7 days then an e-mail today to say it's coming today. I had moved house since the order so went back to my old place to await delivery. The only positive was the delivery company!

This company are truly out of their depth and should be avoided at all costs. They treat customers with utter contempt.

"Finally received items"

After chasing my order after the 8 week lead time had passed I received a (delayed) reply stating they were chasing for information from the courier. Unfortunately this was over 2 weeks ago and despite enquiring again I've had no further communication.

I'm now escalating as a formal complaint and have reported the experience to trading standards.

I recommend anyone else with a similar bad experience to also log it with trading standards. You can do this via citizens advice, search for 'report company to trading standards' . This may force a change in operating practices.

Update: After raising a formal complaint (see their complaints procedure) I received a prompt reply with tracking details for my order which arrived the following morning. Shouldn't have to go to these lengths just to receive items paid for.

Yea, it really has been that long. 5th April. Finally made contact three weeks ago with a promise to send out again within 10-14 days.

Same as many others - ordered expecting a 28 day delivery, 28 days later I returned to their website to find out I shouldn't expect anything for 6 weeks. Waited another 2 weeks, now 8 weeks. Started to wonder if it would always be 2 weeks away. Customer services don't appear to even exist.
Bit baffled by their claim "we're a small team" on their website - evengreener is a marketing label for the company straight ltd, who proudly tout to be the biggest supplier of recycling bins in the UK. They, in turn, are owned by IPL plastics, a multinational corporation. So they really ought to be able to do better. If they can't handle the demand, why the hell did they keep accepting new orders? Would have taken seconds to take the problem items off sale. Continuing to offer sales when you know you can't fulfil existing commitments is dishonest.
My order has finally arrived, a little over 9 weeks after ordering; I was a bit surprised to receive an email at 7am stating the order would be arriving a few hours later, doesn't allow much time to change plans and make sure you are in! Luckily we were. Items themselves are decent quality, had to trim a few burrs off the mouldings, and would appreciate the water butt connectors being significantly longer, but nothing major. Don't plan to ever use this company again though.
