They are to replace two butts - exactly the same - which have lasted nearly thirty years.
They will outlast me!

I have bought quite a lot from this company over many years and never had any problems. The only thing which stops me giving a 5 star rating is the cost - their prices have increased dramatically over the years, but that said, they are in line with other suppliers.

Quickly delivery of two water butts. Water butts will do the job but were scuffed and one had water in it. Also no washers on one of the taps. To be fair I did not contact the company about the issues so don't know how they would have responded. The butts
were cheap enough so I used a washer from something else. It was too much bother to arrange for them to be sent back as they are serviceable

"Con artists"

Bought a composter base. They said 3-14 days for delivery. It's been 16 days and not only has it not turned up but it hasn't even been shipped. Messaged them twice now and have been ignored both times. Con site.

I have spent last two weeks since before 01/07/24 trying to contact this firm without success. They do not reply to the phone calls, left messages or emails. I can only assume they have gone bust or they don’t want any orders.
