"Missing products "
I ordered 3 products on the 19 June, but only 1 arrived. Still waiting for my missing goods :(
I chased up the company and was told that a ‘system error’ had caused an issue at the warehouse, but that they would ‘rectify’ the situation.
Unfortunately that message was sent to me on the 24th june - 8 days ago. Since then I’ve heard nothing, and the company are now failing to answer calls & emails.

"Awful experience with this company"
Awful experience with this company - I placed an order a month ago and have received nothing.
Have tried emailing and have received responses, but they've been very delayed. I've been promised tracking details and delivery updates, but have received nothing. I've just tried calling and had to leave a voicemail.
Please sort out your customer experience as it's probably the worst I've dealt with - I'm going to keep trying to reach this company for a refund. It's ridiculous to be out of pocket and not even have the product I've paid for, with absolutely no explanation or communication.

"Water Butt eventually arrived but poor customer service responses when I emailed to see where my order had got to when it failed to arrive"
Money taken for waterbutt kit, but still no goods received weeks later. I repeatedly phoned and emailed, but absolutely no response.
I cannot really recommend their online service, nor customer service.
Update, a few weeks later a large water butt arrived but with no indication it came from Evengreener. It seems sturdy and included some fittings but I had to buy a longer connecting pipe. Not fitted it yet.

"Absolutely appalling customer service"
Absolutely appalling customer service. No response to email, bar one, and no one answers the phone
Order placed 29 April. When I emailed on 13 May to chase delivery was told on 15 May that delivery would take place the following week. Have heard nothing since despite emailing and calling several times. Phone calls are automatically answered but then told that no-one is available and to leave a message.
Update - I paid using my Monzo account. I have just submitted a dispute claim and Monzo have refunded the amount I paid (£75). However, EvenGreener have until 9 October (18 weeks) to disagree with my dispute in which case Monzo will take back the money ......... I'll update on any outcome

"Good experience"
Even though there were some issues, overall a very satisfactory company to do bussiness with.
Very good website with sufficient information to assist in making an informed purchase.
A special shout out to Emily, who was very helpful in sorting out problems.
It would be useful though to to review the delivery company delivering the waterbutts as they do not send any notifications and they have an absolutely awful website.
Will be a return customer.

"Awful customer service"
Awful customer service. I ordered a waterbutt back in November 2023 and still waiting for it to be delivered! I have had no email confirmation or tracking number but they have taken the money for it! When I tried to call no one answers the phone, email response is really slow/poor.
When asking for a explanation for all the delay, I was told the website had been down due to the company going under and then being taken over. Still waiting for this to be resolved and a refund! Do not buy from this company, it is not worth the hassle!

"Horrendous customer service"
Horrendous customer service. Seem to have good products but wouldn't use this company again. Had numerous chances to sort out the problem of a duplicate order created by them and charged to me, instead blaming me for ordering twice (orders were too close together to even physically manage this) and offered no solution to return item without large cost to myself. Turned out cheaper to sell the duplicate item on marketplace.

"Wooden Compost Container"
Product (compost bin) supplied was simple and sturdy. It required self assembly, but slotted together easily.
Also supplied was a rainwater diverter which I have yet to fit.

"Very poor"
I placed my order on 2nd December and I still have not received it. I have not received any response to emails and phone calls are unanswered. There is a facility to leave a message, with the promise of an immediate call back, but no one has called. On looking at reviews, this is fairly typical of their customer service. I wish I had looked before placing the order. I really want my items but would never buy from this company again.
