Ordered a Tecnifibre Carboflex 125 X-Speed Squash Racket which arrived very quickly. Great racket and excellent service from PDH Sports. Emailed regarding tracking and had a response very quickly. The also do a 10 day trial of rackets which was a good reason to order from here. Tried mine with the cellophane on handle. Know friends who purchase 2/3 and then return what they don't get on with.

I was let down by prodirecttennis who verified my order but failed to deliver and I could not phone to cancel the order as their call centre and online chat was closed during a normal working day.

I then went to PDHsports based on Trustpilot reviews and they sorted the same order for £10 less and threw in some free balls. I went for free delivery and the new racquet arrived sooner than I was expecting.

My top tip is to call the telephone number before you place any order with online tennis firms to confirm they repond. PDHsports answered right away.

Happy to try PDHsports again for my next order.

I made the major mistake to trust the reviews on here. First of all I paid for next day delivery but received it in 48h instead. The trainers I ordered were quite stiff and nothing like my previous pair of the same brand which makes me wonder if they were in fact real considering the box looked ok but the paper inside was plain. Returning them was not easy. You need to go to their website and print a form that does not work on mobile and then pay and arrange postage yourself. Yet to see if I get my money back but thankfully I paid with PayPal and if the return in original condition is not honoured will open a case.
PS. Following this review they tried calling us and emailing stating it's "a family buisness" in no doubt an attempt to change the feedback. This direct unwanted contact is equal to harrasment. We took on the cost of return this sub-par possibly non-authentic product so simply refund.

My son announced he wanted to get into tennis and needed some equipment. I had no idea where to go buy equipment and stumbled across PDHSports.

What I liked is there was a lot of choice and it was easy to filter by size and what I needed.

Ordering was easy. Price seemed good, delivery was super quick and by DPD so I got my hour slot.

Will definitely use again, probably to get myself a tennis racket so I can play with my son
