The people you deal with are passionate having playing racket sports themselves and certainly know what they are talking about. I am lucky enough to live within calling into the shop distance of PDH ‘HQ’ and have recently purchased a pair of Prince NFS squash shoes. I expect no issues with the shoes as I have been a regular buyer of them for several years and find them excellent. I did however enjoy my visit to the shop and the staff at PDH are very knowledgeable and friendly as you might expect from such an established retailer.

Highly recommended for any court sports requirements

"Prince Phoenix Pro - plays as good as it looks!"

I have been playing with the Phoenix Pro for about five months now and it has quickly become one of my favourite rackets over the eight years that I have been playing squash. The look of the racket is initially what drew me to it; the red, black and yellow create a sleek design which makes the racket look as good as it feels. After only a few training sessions I was able to adapt to the feel of the racket and so almost straight away I could get my technique working well with it. The Phoenix Pro is slightly lighter than what I had been used to and the fact it is less head heavy than previous Prince rackets makes it easier for me to drop more effectively which is an aspect of the game that hasn’t always been my best and has now really improved! The combination of the head and strings means my drives out of the back corner are feeling a lot smoother since I started playing with it and I love hitting that perfect, tight shot off the back wall that plays so beautifully off the racket. When I went over to the PDH shop in Derbyshire I was really impressed with the personal service I received and Sophie’s knowledge of the new Prince rackets that I was trying to decide between. I could even have tried the racket out on the squash courts next door which, had I not known the brand very well, would have been a real bonus. I will be back!

Just recently had this this racquet as a birthday present & it certainly does what it says on the ‘tin’. Well balanced & whips the ball easily. Hope to win some matches with this beastie. Always very helpful at PDH 👍.

PDH have always been an excellent racket sport specialist. Their price is always competitive with the other sports websites, but they offer much more than that. Their main selling points, in my opinion, is their specialist knowledge and friendliness.

At pdh you get great service from x-squash pro Paul, Lisa and the team. You also get professional demos of rackets and other sport kit on youtube, as well as Pro interviews, stringing service etc. I had the luxory of chatting to the team before trying out a handfull of squash rackets on court before choosing my racket.
