After initially having a technical issue with sending data to the new phone from my old one, I realised it was a bit more complicated than I first thought. David from Wesellphones contacted me and was helpful in solving the issue. My initial thoughts were it was not me, it was the phone. But the phone is fine, it was my novice technical skills and David was very helpful, so my star rating for the company changed dramatically!

"My old iPhone died"

My old iPhone died. My daughters said I’d be daft to buy new. I saw a 7plus 128 MB for cĀ£250.
It arrived and it absolutely did not work. It made a series of random calls to random people. Wrote it’s own texts and was impossible to control
OK things DO go wrong . With the best will in the world not every product is going to work perfectly every time . The question is what the supplier will do to solve the problem ?
I was reluctant to send mine back as , even though it was awful, it was better than nothing.
ā€œDavidā€ suggested I give him a credit card number, they would then send me a new one and I could return the broken one without debiting my card (unless I didn’t send the broken one back )
The entire process was painless. They were easy to deal with and I now have a ā€œnewā€ phone with which I am delighted.
