I have to say I was dubious about buying a second hand unit but I needn't have worried. The iPhone 7 I received was in mint condition and it arrived the next day. Earlier than expected! Needless to say I would certainly use this service again should the need arise as it has saved my bacon. Nothing like breaking you phone to concentrate the anxiety!

Easy ordering, fast delivery, lovely phone in excellent condition. Bought for my granddaughters birthday so not tested yet.

The phone I bought was is the same condition that was described on the website. The price was very good and I received it quite quickly. I got notifications as to when it shipped which was great.
The only negative thing about the phone was that there was no plug with it. The leads and cables where all in the package but no plug.

"Locked, or not locked, that is the question!"

Unfortunately, my iPhone arrived locked so unable to activate new SIM card. A quick telephone call and a most apologetic David arranged a free return of the item and on receipt despatched an upgraded iphone that arrived the following day.

Cannot fault, quality and after sales service - shame about the checking process going awry! Otherwise, would have been 5 star.
