I received two phones in excellent outward condition...unfortunately one phone suffered from a microphone issue..(quite common on these phones it seems)
I contacted David and it was replaced immediately with a new replacement and all at no further cost to me..in addition David offered a small refund for inconvenience...
A good company that I can heartily recommend and i will contact again for my next phone replacement.
