"Be very careful renting through JCP "

We rented a property through JCP Estate agents and I would not recommend them to anyone. When we moved in the property was filthy. Any issues took months to rectify and during the last month of the tenancy they started letting themselves into the property without asking or advising us and started storing furniture in the house? Nobody replies and it’s clear they don’t care at all. We were then presented with an outrageous cleaning bill of £900! So do your homework IF you have to rent through JCP because they do not care!
