I ordered a set of rosenut Monitor Audio speakers from Superfi. These speakers are absolutely stunning. Shipped on the same day of ordering and actually arrived the next day!
There was a very brief misunderstanding on my part concerning the speakers which Superfi were more than happy to help resolve.
Speakers were used in the shop for demonstration so I even got £50 off the original price!

Most of their website listings are in a quantum state ( like Schrödinger's cat paradox) where you don't know if the item is available or not. You still won't know after placing an order. Or, they do not know how to type "NOT IN STOCK"!

Just browsing through their listings you will see very few items that say "in stock" all the rest seem to be in a quantum state. How bizarre.

I should have got a clue from sensible websites that list their items as being in stock or out of stock, as the item I ordered from superfly was out of stock everywhere else.

Probably best to avoid these time-wasting shysters.

You have in the warehouse £3 million worth of stock except for the car radio I ordered, and most items listed on the website! who are you trying to fool here?

Also, the person on the phone I spoke to told me the Pioneer car radio would not be available until April! are you serious, and you expect me or anyone ordering from your shambolic website to wait months on an item that should clearly be marked OUT OF STOCK

Ordered a car stereo 3 days ago. Website said free next day delivery! Clearly this isn't the case as my order is still saying "processing" when I check online and I've had zero updates from Superfi!

Yes please issue a refund. Nothing was stated about the item being out of stock.
