My order on a Thursday (14:53) for next day delivery resulted in an email received on the Friday with an email promising next day delivery, but the tracker number was wrong. I called the helpline to find that delivery would not be until Monday(!) and that the tracker number had been issued but the parcel not sent. The person I spoke to said he would try and sort it out, but it was best to email a response, which I did. Someone sorted things out as I received my item on the Saturday. This was excellent service recovery, but it would have been better if 1) a tracker number hadn't been sent until the item was actually on its way. 2) Your site said delivery was the next working day (if that's actually the case). 3) A new tracker number had been sent for the parcel when it had actually been sent so that someone would be in when the (expensive) item was delivered.
