I recently bought a "damaged box" item. I thought it was a bit of a gamble but had nothing to worry about. Everything was perfect. Over the moon with the turntable and more than satisfied with the service from Superfi. I'd definitely buy from this company again.

Although Superfi couldn't fulfil my order, I received a polite, prompt and informative message advising me of cancellation and refund.
The item I was after was showing as 'in stock' on their website for quite some time so no 5 star due to their need for up to date listings.

"Professionalism from beginning to end."
Although I live in Ireland, I chose to use Superfi for purchase my Technics turntable because of their reasonable prices and their friendly and customer-centric approach. I chose to order the item over the phone and Anthony was very obliging and helpful, putting one aside for me until I got paid! Because of Brexit, Superfi were happy to ship the item to a Northern Ireland courier address, who then forwarded it to me in the Republic. It only took a couple of days altogether. Unfortunately, there was a slightly faulty part in the box (no fault of Superfi or the courier - was a manufacturing fault). Superfi took care of everything for me by contacting Technics and getting a free replacement which was then shipped direct to me at my ROI address. This all took a matter of days and I needed to do nothing - Superfi did all the legwork. If that is not professional customer service then I don't know what is! For this reason, my future HIFI purchases will be from them because of the confidence I have in them. BTW, I am NOT getting paid for this review!

Today they really impressed me. They spent almost 2 hours helping me to set up my system. While I did not spend alot of money with them the guys where I bought my gear from just fobbed me off, thanks Steve. Real gents here. Treat them well and I am sure they will do the same.
