Best price on the web and promised next day free delivery. However item was not in stock and I was not informed until I contacted them. Granted I ordered just before new years but it should have not been listed as in stock or I should have received a notification once the bank holidays were over. Received the package 2 days after my enquiry. The item had no additional protection during postage except a plastic bag resulting in damage to the product’s box. Luckily the item worked fine.

Have to wait 10 working days for a payment refund to clear as you repay by electronic cheques for a TV showing in stock on website, then cancelled 2 days later by yourselves, saying it wasn't. My monies cleared instantly to yourselves, I shouldn't expect to wait nearly 2 weeks for the payment to get back into my account, Poor practice.
To make it worse, it has re-appeared 24 hours later as in stock and able to order again but with a hefty price hike
In answer to your reply you pay it back by electronic cheque transfer, which PayPal or any bank would have to clear, not mine or PayPal’s fault, it’s your repayment methods. Also perhaps look at how you current display stock availability on your website then to at least be accurate, so people don’t end up ordering stock you don’t have and people don’t end up being out of pocket for 2 weeks, whilst waiting for a refund, other sites do it and I’ve never had to wait more than a few hours for a repayment to clear from other retailers to clear and be back in my account, if the retailer has made a mistake with something I've ordered, whether I’ve paid by PayPal or bank debit card.
p.s. last time I checked Christmas Eve is before Christmas not after, when you took and accepted the payment for the product?

Tried to place an order online but delivery costs were NOT CLEAR. On the product page it stated Free next day delivery, and whilst there was an * after the statement , the * was not at the bottom of the page with the additional information. Also on the checkout there was no information about free delivery. Rang the store and spoke to Anthony who resolved my problem and provided excellent customer service. He told me you needed to spend £70 to get free delivery but no where on the website could this information be found. The items I wanted were the same price on Amazon Prime. Anthony processed my order over the phone with a price match. Satisfied customer.
