Very poor service compared to Superfi 5-10 years ago. Item ordered on website, but later told it was out of stock some days later, although no indication on the website stated this was the case.
I replied advising I wanted a refund, whilst also highlighting a £10 postage fee for a 1m optical cable was extortionate.
5 days later and I've still not received a reply not refund.

I bought a set of speaker stands for £170. They arrived faulty and I called support. They told me to take a picture and reply to the order email. I did this and have received no response in 3 days.

Having to resort to this review because despite a few emails and a phone call now i still haven't received my order that was supposed to be delivered weeks ago. Customer service is absolutely shocking

Ordering was straightforward and delivered within 3 to 4 days. I was updated throughout the order process.

I bought a Tangent CD II and Ampster in Dec '23. The CD player was always temperamental but failed totally in the Spring. I returned it, costing £13 postage, and got a replacement; That too, does not work properly. I tried calling Super-fi - the phone rings for a while and goes through to answerphone. I left a message. Left a message via their website. No response to either. I am assuming this company is in financial trouble, as this seems at odds with customer service others report on trustpilot. My advice is buy from here with care....great care. I'm now assuming I've wasted almost £300 (the amp is fine, but pointless without the matching CD player). Super-fi think its fine to ignore warranty issues - in my experience x2 - and I feel I have nowhere to go for a refund. Back to Richer Sounds next time. What a fool I've been.....

Utter rubbish. Disgusting treatment, appalling company.
