"Dreadful service"

Purchased what I thought was a new DVD player and Bluetooth receiver, received them in damaged dirty packaging.
Both of them had clearly been opened before and looked like either returns or ex demo, I expected new as there was no suggestion that they would be otherwise.
The contents of the Bluetooth receiver were of a previously used item with a broken antenna.
Its now going to cost me to return these products. Very disappointed with this kind of service, I'll stick with the likes of Richer sounds and Curry's in future

Before I made my purchase, I used the live chat and was surprised that it was available at 8pm! The assistant was very helpful and on the back of this, I ordered that evening. Delivery was within two days and I received regular delivery forecasts.
On the whole, a very good service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Superfi.

Bought a set of Polk TL1600 Cinema Speakers. Great sound on them thanks to your other customers great reviews, as I couldn’t get to hear them before buying. Very pleased with them, crisp sound and great bass from the sub. Could of got these from a few places, and yes the price helped, had a great deal. Many people reviewed Superfi as great to deal with, I couldn’t agree more. Fantastic deal and service definitely use you again and recommended very highly. Thank you guys.
