Very helpful and quick delivery. Always replied to emails and answered the phone on the first attempt and got to pass to right department.

Ordered just before 16:30 and it still arrived the next day! Great turntable at a great price.

Easy to order and great having next day delivery. But, I ordered hi fi speakers (pair) one came the next day. The second, ( with instructions and Allen keys for fixing the plinth ) came the day after. Luckily I had nothing planned either day, so was able to take delivery myself.

Ordered on the 9th, it’s the 28th today and no delivery. Site stated “available” delivered within 3-5 days, didn’t arrive, rang after a week to be told the item was out of stock, I suggested they change their site as it was misleading, took them a week to change it.
I asked do they know when stock will be available, they said they will ring the supplier and ask, then ring me back, I said an email or a call would do...they never did either. I rang the next day, they again said they would contact the supplier and let me know within maybe 30 mins, again they never rang back, so a few days later I canceled,
I understand stock can run out but to promise 2 call backs and not bother, that’s just bad customer service.

Waiting nearly 3 weeks you would think an email would have been automatically sent out stating when stock would be available.

I wouldn’t want to have to deal with them on a warranty issue, if they are not bothered before they have made the sale, i would think they would care even less afterwards.

"Ordered an open box item - but it was faulty"

Ordered an open box item, i assumed it would be a tested and actually work, i was wrong. The item was returned and confirmed faulty. Was fully credited, so that was fine, all this took about a week and left feeling like i had wasted my time.

Bought a replacement elsewhere. Worked first time as expected.

I have used Superfi a fair few times and their service hasn't changed in 15 years or more. They are always excellent on price and service and I would trust them against others even when a little more expensive which, in all honesty, is rare.
