"Exceptional service"

We have used the services of City Removals twice in the last couple of months and each time their work has been exemplary making each move completely stress free.
From our initial enquiry we had all our questions answered and were given all the information we needed to feel secure in booking our moves with them. We actually had to change our move dates a few times but this was never a problem for City Removals and they just adjusted the schedules.
On the move days the men arrived on time and packing began, each item being wrapped and packed very securely. They did not grumble once, infact didn't even stop for tea breaks and were diligent, polite and helpful at all times.
On going to move my son's bed, they discovered it was broken (not their fault) which they fixed before carrying it out and ensured it was ok before leaving it in my son's new home. Also on my move, we found we couldn't lock our back door. Once again they got their tool box out and managed to fix the lock. Both jobs were unrequested and totally out of their remit. Exceptional service!!
We cannot recommend the services of City Removals enough. Infact, we have recommended them to friends already. We have moved several times before using other companies, whose services were good but not in the league of City Removals.

"City Removals moved me from London to…"

City Removals moved me from London to Bedfordshire on the 13th April 2022. I was very impressed in the way all my belongings were packed and after 40 years in one house there was a lot to pack!
They were helpful in every way, unpacked as they packed everything was placed where we asked it to be placed. They were efficient and took great care of my goods. I would highly recommend City Removals and there great team!

"moving and storage"

We had to move our belongings under very difficult and stressful circumstances in March 2020. City Removals did two trips for us. After clearing the flat (3rd floor, no lift) they transported our daughter's items to one address then continued with our things to their storage facility. Last weekend family members emptied the room (large wooden container). They reported that our things had been packed very well, the room was clean, dry and 'smelled lovely'. We have paid the final invoice this morning.

City Removals have been fantastic from the very beginning - communication via phone calls and emails has been excellent, Nicola (in the office) has shown compassion and understanding of our situation and has been a calming and reassuring influence!

I highly recommend City Removals Ltd and will always be grateful to them for the way they handled our case. First Class service! Thank you!

"Speedy and efficient service"

Speedy and efficient service, but there was some damage to a few large items of furniture that had not been handled with enough care... some compensation was received.

"Really efficient and polite"

Really efficient and polite, did not speak to anyone after booking the removal, but they turned up on the day, exactly on time, had the flat emptied by midday, and moved into the new place by 4pm. No breakages, no damage to furniture, a few tiny scrapes to paintwork only. Very happy with service and would definitely recommend .

They are punctual, courteous and professional, would gladly recommend to anyone I know. We had items which needed disposal, which they gladly accommodated.

"Brilliant efficient service"

Brilliant efficient service. They explained what they would do. Kept to their word, brought 4 vans and seven people and moved us from Surrey to Suffolk in one day. They listened and did everything we asked. Finishing by 5pm and left everything tidy.

Fantastic team, packers worked relentlessly on the 1st day to pack us up. The removal team then came the next day, worked incredibly hard to move us, not a single thing damaged and then came back 10 days later to remove the boxes used. Couldn’t recommend them more highly, 5* all the way.
