I needed a sample for the flooring I wanted and one was delivered within 5 days of ordering. This has helped decide to go with Karndean Flooring

If I could give a zero mark I would. Avoid at all costs. We spent nearly 5k on our Karndean flooring. We had our local installer fit the product, who we have every faith in, they have fitted Karndean for us before and we have never had a problem.
The floor started to shrink after a few weeks. The installer did everything correctly. Karndean sent a member of staff out who tested everything, telling us at the time it was the product not the installation. Surprise surprise they came back with there was moisture in the floor, which we have had tested independently and there is not. They have been difficult beyond belief and will not negotiate with our installer to rectify the problem, meaning our installer is having to foot the bill for new flooring, which is Amtico, as I wouldn't have Karndean in the house if it was given to me.
Disgusting customer service and I've heard of several other installers around the area who are having the same problems. Used to be a high end product, now it's cheap and nasty and not fit for purpose.

Following on from their response, absolute rubbish, we have had the floor and moisture level independently tested.

Avoid at all cost. I wish I read some reviews before. It was a very expensive floor laid in our kitchen, but lasted only 2 months. I was really devastated by the whole experience as it was my choice for our brand new kitchen, but it looked so damaged, started bulging, the corners started lifting , showing sharp edges and it was so unsafe that we decided to fully replace after only 3 months. We replaced with something completely different at half the price and a hundred times better. The guarantee is laughable as they will make contact, but blame you or fitter for whatever reason they can find. Complete waste of time and money. Please don’t even consider Karndean. We had many different types of floor , but never seen anything as bad. Huge dissapointment.
