"Planet Multistore - delays with no communication"

The order is three weeks late but there has been no communication to warn and then no response to my two emails (the company said this must have been caught in spam). I finally got through on the WhatsApp service but by then I had asked my credit card company to recover the money via chargeback. The company said it had warned of delays in Garmin goods. I can’t see this in the purchase emails sent to me. Planet Multistore has now agreed to issue a refund in the next 4/5 days.

Yes the delivery took 3 weeks, but I had expected that. Italy is in heavy lockdown since last year, so give them a brake guys.
I am happy they open theirs online shop at all. The other thing is Brexit, obviously things get slower at the customs and of course there is a custom tax which I didn't like, but
unfortunately that's the part of the brexit deal which we all voted for.
I had ordered gear around £150 and the custom tax was £52, so yeah it is annoying, but hey thats what we voted for. Still good price compared to UK companies.
I was emailing with Matteo and he helped me sort it out new gloves, which I really like
Email response pretty fast
So overall 5 star for me guys
