Das Produkt wurde schnell geliefert. Rücksendung war erst einmal etwas schwer zu bewerkstelligen, da nirgends auf der Website ein Hinweis darauf war, wie man vorzugehen hat. Hotline war nur auf Itaienisch. Sorry, kann ich nicht. Man muss erst eine Mail schreiben, um zu erfahren, was man machen muss. Da ich schon einige negative Bewertungen über die Rückerstattung der Kaufpreises gelesen hatte, schrieb ich in der Mail, dass ich das Geld nach der angegebenen Zeit auf meinem PayPal Konto erwarte. Und bis jetzt NIX! 14 Tage finde ich schon recht sportlich für eine Rückzahlung. Wenn es dann noch nicht da ist, unrpofessionell und nicht korrekt! Ich warte!

I am very satisfied with the communication and everything that I had to do with this web store. I am from Croatia and delivery took about a week but it was beacuse of the delivery partner not the store. Highly recommended store. Thumbs up.
