"My worst online shopping experience" - these words can describe the experience of ordering in the Planet Multi Store. More than a month ago, I placed an order for two items. The parcel was dispatched approximately on time, but the seller forgot to attach an invoice and I had to wait an additional week to receive this invoice and, as a result, receive my parcel. To my surprise, the package contained only one paid item out of two! To which the seller said that it was planned and the second product will be sent later, but of course no one warned me about this! After about 2 weeks, an unworthy product was sent to me, but then another surprise awaited me ... It turns out that instead of the cost of the product at 40 euros, the seller indicated the cost of goods consisting of two positions instead of one (like my first package) - 230 euros. As a result, now I have to pay a tax of 70 euros to customs as the value of the goods exceeds the tax-free import (no more than 100 euros in my country). It is clear that I will not pay such a tax, which is almost twice the cost of the goods. In fact, I will never be able to receive the second part of my order. Dear customers, I ask you to value your time and money and bypass this online store.
