Overall a good service from start to finish

"I couldn't use the online registration…"

I couldn't use the online registration form, it only let's me fill out a location in Sydney. After I told your receptionist this she said that was fine and to just put any location. After doing the course I was told I would not receive any accreditation as I entered in the wrong location and that I could just fill it out again. You still haven't fixed this issue so I still can't enter balcatta in as a location.

The training itself was lovely, very informative and useful.

I was very nervous going into the test and tagging, not sure what to expect and not knowing what i needed to do.
I met Mark first up and was directed to kitchen and orientated around the building, after taking to Mark I felt settled and comfortable and ready to go.
The whole experience was interesting an informative.
Mark was professional and knew a lot about the subject
Mark answered the questions we asked in an easy and simple way
Mark helped with any problems we where having and was hands on
