I ordered two pairs of personalised socks for my dad and father in law. Brilliant lettering work on the socks which are also a nice quality. Order came quite quick considering I left it close to Christmas. Would definitely use this company again.

Order arrived 2 weeks later and was told it was dispatched 5 days after ordering. It was only when I called to ask for an update was I then sent a Royal Mail tracker. Awful service. Offered a refund and haven’t refunded me either

I didn't even receive the product and they sent no tracking number or delivery company and when i emailed I received no response.

Unfortunately due to a glitch in their website my order went through twice although I had no email confirmation of either order. It was only when the gift arrived a second time that I checked my bank account and saw two deductions for this. I contacted them via their website to complain but I’ve not heard back - not impressed at all
