Ordered a couple of weeks before christmas as a gift and was marked as despatched a couple of days later. Received a call a few days prior to christmas to say it was not sent and was no longer in stock.
Had to buy elsewhere.
Also had to chase the refund which really should be instant when the company is at fault!

I had ordered two things one came only, engraving was not as indicated and set nothing as quality on picture advertising. The pen is poor and quite flimsy. For price paid very disappointing.
I am still waiting for second shipment after Christmas
