The pens are lovely when they eventually arrived I selected next day delivery - (1-2 working days) and I received an email Tuesday evening to advise that parcel is dispatched however I did not receive this until Friday midday. I emailed them Thursday to ask for tracking number but got response back. Also the courier used was Royal Mail not DPD as mentioned on website. Apart from this issue the pens are as described in the website and the gift has been loved by the recipient :)

The product looks fantastic, however the delivery was a let down. Ordered in time on dec 2 for my secret Santa a few items arrived before my secret Santa, I was embarrassed as I have to an IOU on dec 12. Defeat the purpose,

Ordered with next day delivery and took nearly 2 weeks to come. I got zero confirmation of purchase and when I contacted support there was also no reply. When the item finally came it was poor quality and underwhelming to say the least.

Absolutely terrible, they posted to wrong address. Has still not been sorted and it’s been a month! Now without a Christmas gift. Terrible. Don’t buy!!
