We were given an ink cartridge that does not work. We have attempted to call several times and email and have yet to get a solution to this issue. We even called FP and were told that this would be the responsibility of Whitaker Brothers to rectify.

this was a great experience. The sales rep. answered my questions about if the machine would work for us. I made an internet purchase following the talk with the rep. Delivery was rapid and set up went well. We have not used the machine as yet, but look forward to freeing up the time spent on folding our mail.

I took the time to call before I ordered to check availability on a specific item along with turn time to get the order shipped. I was told it was out of stock at the vendor who drop ships it, but it would be back in stock on the 7th and could ship that day. I went ahead and ordered. When no tracking number was forwarded I checked in with them on Friday the 8th. Sorry, the vendor is closed on Fridays so we don't know if it shipped. They'll let me know on Monday. I wasn't thrilled but figured it probably went out.
Monday the 11th comes along and no word from my sales rep. I e-mail them and I get an answer the next day Tuesday the 12th. It didn't ship, but it will go out this Thursday the 14th. Of course this is a week later than the original date given. So I've learned my lesson. I contact them early Thursday morning the 14th looking for an update. I know if I wait too long, the vendor will be closed again on Friday. I hear back from Whitakers on Friday. It shipped but they didn't get the tracking number yet. So I wait. Monday was a holiday so I hear back on Tuesday the 19th.
Great News, the e-mail starts, here is the UPS tracking number. I of course assume he means that he got tracking for the shipment last Thursday... So I track it only to find out it didn't ship on the 14th but is shipping that day, Tuesday the 19th. They've created a label but it hasn't been picked up yet. I e-mail back and ask him how he thought that was great news. He writes back "It's great news because I have the tracking number"
So the item ships 12 days after the original target date and the great news is we now have a tracking number. No mention of why he told me it had shipped last week on the 14th and all that was missing was the tracking number. No, this is great news, here is the tracking number. He didn't even bother to tell me it hadn't shipped on Thursday as he had told me it had, he just gave ma a tracking number. Needless to say I consider this very bad customer service and won't be shopping with Whitakers again.
