They made it seem like I was wasting their time. I purchased a $2,000 shredder. After I paid them they said because I wanted to pick up at the ups freight terminal that it was fraud. I personally do this with any freight I get. It's easier for me to pickup. I had to tell them to cancel it, I am still waiting on a refund. I wouldn't recommend. I went with who had the cheapest price, lesson learned. I am now buying the same machine from staples. Will take 2 weeks for them to get in and I'll pick it up there.

Would highly recommend this company!! I ordered online and received an email from a company rep asking if we had any questions and if that machine was for sure the right fit for our needs. Also product was received within 2 days of ordering.

We needed a paper folder ASAP. Our old one broke and we had a massive mailing. I called and informed your sales department of our desperation and was told I needed to order right away in order to get it in time. After two days of waiting for confirmation of it shipping out, I called in and was told it was on backorder. So we had to cancel our order and pay a lot more to have something overnighted as a bandaid.
