If traveling with little ones they will be excited lots of attractions nearby and plenty of Food locations.24/7 security on premises safety is always number one for me when im traveling with my kids.

Well setup house with private pool and hot tub. Lots of games for the kids. Theater room. Great amenities. The house was spotless. Perfect place for 2 or 3 families to get together and enjoy the area.

"A PERFECT multi-family stay"

We had a terrific time at Villatel at Harbor Island Beach Club celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. The home was squeaky clean - all amenities were as described and pictured. Walking distance to a lovely beach - with clean bathrooms beach-side. A perfect home for 3 families to congregate and socialize but with enough rooms and bathrooms for privacy and quiet work spaces. Clearly well managed and super responsive team.

We were amazed by how nice this vacation home was. Super modern, amazing features like a huge flatscreen TV, kitchen island, a pool and the kid's room (we chose the "How To Train Your Dragon" room) was really cool. My son loved the arcade set up. The location we stayed at was still being built, so no community pool or basketball court. There was some confusion for LYFT drivers trying to get in to get us in the AM but we started to give the gate as the address and then send the unit as a note. Overall this was about perfect and we would return for sure

The company and property are both amazing!! This is our second year staying at the Ice Palace and my family/friends (15 total) had so much fun we rarely left the house. Everything you need is provided!! Absolutely stunning property! I will book this home every year for our family vacation!!

The best place I've ever stayed. The house was beautiful and immaculate. We loved the movie theater, game room and pool. Everything was perfect. We didn't leave the house much. A very relaxing stay, for sure.

"Rock 'n Roll Retreat"

We stayed at the Rock 'n Roll Retreat in the Solterra neighborhood. The house was beautiful and so clean! It had all the amenities we needed plus some. The staff was super helpful and always responded quickly. The kids actually chose to stay and play at the house one day instead of going to a theme park. We can't wait to stay at another Villatel property. I've stayed at other vacation rental properties, and was always a little disappointed. Villatel has it figured out. They truly have thought of everything.
