an absolute pleasure to stay with Villatel! upon arrival, we were in SHOCk with how beautiful our Villa was. check in was extremely easy and our 11bdr villa was SPOTLESS! absolutely no cleanliness issues, well equipped with cook ware which is great considering the size. we had some hiccups with the pool heater but they were quick to respond and send maintenance each time! we also had a small sugar ant issue but once again once it was mentioned they were ON IT and had pest out! they were very responsive and while i felt like a bother continuously reaching out, they made sure my concerns were heard each time. my family of 15+ absolutely loved the place and cannot wait to come back!!!

"My family of 12 stayed at champions…"

My family of 12 stayed at champions chateau for 4 nights! It was absolutely amazing from arrival to depature. Check in couldnt have been easier.
Everything was spotless clean from the furniture down to the linens .,the arcarde games and movie theater elevated our experience. The pool was the perfect size for the entire family. The kitchen was well equipped with ample silverware plates/cups and just about every utensils you could need. Ijust cannot say enough good things about it. We are 3 days post vacation and my 4 year old keeps saying he wants to go back to his "NEW HOUSE", I do tooo lol ! enough said !!

The Team at Villatel made our stay at their new Orlando resort community truly incredible. Despite ongoing construction, our experience was wonderfully peaceful, with ample parking and easy access to everything we needed. Their communication was top-notch, with regular check-ins via call and email to ensure our comfort throughout the trip.

The location, just 5-10 minutes from Universal and 25 minutes from Disney Springs, was a huge plus - not to mention the added security of being in a gated community.

But the real standout was the house itself. Brand new and perfectly designed for group trips, we had an absolutely amazing time. Kids loved it, adults loved it; I'd live here if I could.

What a great place to stay, we were a family of 10. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The house were exactly like the pictures. Nothing bad to say. Only thing I would say was , the TV kept going out and the heated pool was not heated at all. Overall wonderful stay and will stay again!!

Beautiful, clean, very comfortable beds, more than enough supplies, excellent service, very professional! Excellent location close to Universal theme parks. The kids loved loved loved the Mario bedroom and the pool. We could have just stayed at the condo for 3 days and they would have been amused and happy.

"Perfect weekend getaway"

Perfect weekend getaway. Kids absolutely loved it and are missing it already. Customer service was excellent and very accommodating. The villa was exactly as advertised. Rooms were so spacious; beds were very comfortable; and it was designed perfectly for a family in mind. Can’t wait for the rest of it to be completed. We’ll definitely be back.

"Solterra Resort = Best Memories Ever "

We stayed in a 10 BR vacation house in Solterra Resort (on Broad Oak) in Davenport, right outside of Orlando. Quite the magical experience that really wowed the kids and our other guests. The theme rooms were divine, and the theater room and arcade really added that extra pop of luxury and extravagance. The 2nd refrigerator was a neccessity i didn't even know i needed, but i was so grateful for it!! There was something to do for everyone, and plenty of room so even with 20 people we never felt crowded. Loved renting from them directly, rather than through a 3rd party. They were very responsive and professional with every communication. The house was amazing, and spotless. All of the costs were transparent, and everything was as promised. Looking forward to our next stay, because they certainly have us spoiled! 🥰 Edited to add that Brianna was especially lovely, patient, and extremely helpful!
