Ordered a bike for a really great price. Bought some other bits too. I'm not anywhere near Sprockets but had a positive online experience. Bike arrived way before 7-10 days quoted. Packed well. Would have liked some more instructions on how to build the parts that were separate (but guess it's not rocket science!). XS bike but couldn't get bike post down enough for my size. Had email correspondence with Sprockets and told to take it to bike shop. Ended up sawing it myself.
Overall a really positive experience. Would use them again!
