Rubbish company, only use dpd as a carrier and they need a signature for a few sachets of chamois cream that could have being put through the letter box and would not do that
Parcel sent back to sprockets who said they would resend but have now given me a refund
Postage cost double what post office charge

Just had a reply from sprockets saying they were charged £5.95 for each of the attempted deliveries, I did tell them in an email that dpd only attempted 1( one ) delivery as the first deliver never happend and I have cctv around my home to prove it , so I don’t know what is going on there 🤷‍♂️
