Amazing support and great service!

We’ve tried the generic brand nappies when our little one was born because we did not known any better. After couple weeks we could see that she was uncomfortable, always wet, the nappies leaked and gave her rash.

We heard about Beaming Baby from another parent and after getting the first sample box, never left.

She is visibly happier, nappy rash is not a thing anymore, we don’t really need to use any creams to help her be more comfy.

The customer support experience has been great as well, I had couple issues with the shipping and ordering wrong sizes and the orders got redelivered/exchanged to accommodate us.

The website could be a bit more modern when it comes to account and subscription management, it’s functional but a bit janky.

"Game changer"

Game changer. These nappies are soft and absorbent I would definitely recommend. I switched to these nappies when my baby was a couple weeks old and I am so glad I did, I stand by these are the main reason my little one has always slept through the night. Never had nappy rash or leaking. The customer service is amazing and the price of these nappies are completely reasonable for what they are, definitely worth it.

"Spent hours adding lots of items to my…"

Spent hours adding lots of items to my basket. Almost £300 worth. Now I can't buy them because the website is glitchy. Wasted my time.

"I got a leaflet from the registry…"

I got a leaflet from the registry office for £20 discount from this company. I scanned the QR code and it made me enter my name and email address and it then showed an offer of 60 nappies and 6 packs of wipes was £59.87 but with discount and the voucher it would be £29.99.

For a 6 pack of wipes and 60 nappies in Aldi it's only £5.48. Clearly a scam as they claim the price is over 10 times what this would cost from the supermarket and even with the 'discount' I could still have bought over 5 times the same amount of nappies/wipes.

This is taking advantage of new parents who maybe aren't clued up on how much things cost. I mean, nearly £60 for a pack of nappies and some wipes?

"Slow delivery"

I ordered a pack of £0.99 nappies samples on 28th November, and should receive my order on 30th November. (Their website says you'll get a next day delivery if you ordered before 3pm. If you ordered after 3pm then your package will come the day after.) However, I didn't receive my package until 4th December, which is really a BIG delay without any explanation. When my package finally arrived on 4th December, I was at home waiting all day, but the courier give my package to a neighbor that I don't know, he/she did not ring my door bell or even try to call me. This is ridiculous. Will never buy things here anymore.

* I appreciate the explanation message from Beaming Baby. I can now understand what was going on, so I will change my rate from 1 star to 3 star due to their fast reply and friendly comments. I would recommend Beaming Baby put some warning or explanation notes on their website or in confirmation emails, so costumers will understand that they may experience delays on their delivery during big seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas. Scammer company. I got voucher in register office,when I registered my baby.it's say 150 ,hahah,when u sign in give u just few freebies. I ordered nappy sample size 2 ,and paid for delivery , sample never been delivered,my baby use number 4 now . I can't believe register office give a scammer brosure.
Stay away from this company !!!

I hadn’t heard of the website before so was sceptical, however I highly recommend this genuine website.

I ordered some organic fluoride free toothpaste Sunday night and it arrived Tuesday morning (on standard postage not fast track)

Best company I have every used, sell the highest quality nappies on the market have been using them for over 2 years never had an issue and my daughter has never had nappy rash when wearing beaming baby. I ordered nappies when I needed pull ups which was my error when I phone them a lovely man call Matt told me he would swap them straight away never had a company which treats there customers with such high regards.
