"Délai excessif !"

La société Star's Music a été recommandée par un fournisseur parce que je prétendais acheter deux lampes d'ampli qui y étaient listées. En effet, je les ai trouvé, et la commande date du 7 décembre 2021.
Trois mois plus tard, le 30 mars, je reçois l'annonce de l'expédition. Le délai, pour un produit au catalogue, est manifestement excessif !!

"Achat d’une pédale…"

Achat d’une pédale guitare reçue avec quelques petites éclats de peinture. Retour effectué avec remplacement et nouvelle pédale réceptionnée dans les meilleurs délais 👍🏻
Juste les frais de retour qui ont été à ma charge 🤔

"Please don't let this be your first…"

Please don't let this be your first choice.

Recently i ordered a guitar via stars-music.nl. Usually i prefer ordering products like this at places near me, but unfortunately stars-music was the only seller that had the guitar i wanted.

Initial delivery was fast so at first i was really content with my experience. But that changed when i actually inspected the package.

The box the guitar was sent in was obviously too small resulting in the guitar's packaging sticking out of the parcel box. Stars tried covering this up by using an unholy amount of tape. You would think that a music store would know how to package an instrument properly. Especially when they promote international shipping

The real horror began when i openend up this (horribly packed) parcel. What i saw was a box full of wood chips and a guitar with a snapped in 2 headstock. A hole in the box located at the headstock indicates this must have happened during tranist.

Now i'm willing to give stars the benefit of the doubt. After all stars is not directly responsible for the transit. But they are directly responsible for how they support me as customer through this return process.

First call with customer service ended up with me being told to wait for GLS to contact me. They would come to my house to pickup the package and return it to stars. I waited for nearly a week with zero response from GLS or stars. I then proceeded to call again asking what happened to the pickup. I was told that i was responsible for sending the package back to stars, not GLS. I hadn't even received a return label!

When i send the package back to stars it took quite longer than expected for them to actually receive and process it. Eventually i got an e-mail confirming that they received it. You would think that that would be enough for them to send a new one to me, but no. 2 days of radio silence after the last e mail i decided to call for an update. I got an excuse and was told the guitar would be send today, and i would immediatly receive i tracking link via e-mail. To no suprise this didn't happen so i had to call again the day after. So far i had to call 5/6 times to customer service because i was ill-informed. In my last call i was told that i had to wait after the weekend for them to prepare the package. I'm writing this review in said weekend and i'm having great doubts about stars keeping their promise this time.

Telling you you have to A when in reality you have to do B seems to be a way of running the customer service instead of a regular mistake.
This has been the last time i will be doing business with stars. It has resulted in too much stress resulting from me having to discuss with customer service over and over again, on top of the doubts of what will happen to my guitar AND money.

Update:
Besides the situation with GLS and the return label which i can let slide. Im not okay with the way stars supported me through the return process. The customer service either gets you an employee who can barely speak english, (but good enough) or someone who is unwilling to speak a single word english. Unacceptable for a company that offers international service, and even a website in my own language; dutch! It shouldnt have to take me 3 weeks and a lot of frustration to order a guitar.

"Commande incomplète."

Désolé sur la dernière commande vous avez été plus que mauvais. Votre gestion et information sur vos stock est à revoir. Le personnel qui répond aux réclamations devrait être mieux formé et donner de bonnes informations et non vous serez livré demain alors que le re approvisionnement est dans 15 jours. Je déplore ce système de fonctionnement qui est là uniquement pour faire du chiffre.

"Pratique commerciale contestable"

J'ai commandé une pédale d'effets Flanger Boss BF-3 en décembre 2021. Le montant de la commande m'a été prélevé le 27/12/2021, mais la livraison n'a eu lieu qu'en mars 2022.
Si le retard de livraison peut se comprendre dans le contexte de pénurie actuel, au moins le prélèvement devrait être réalisé en fonction de la date de livraison, comme cela se pratique chez d'autres commerces en ligne.

"La société de transport GLS était très…"

La société de transport GLS était très mauvaise. Elle n'a pas pu déposer mon colis dans un relais colis. J'ai du aller au centre de dépôt GLS de cette société de transport pour récupérer mon colis. Je ne suis pas satisfait.
