So impressed with this company! I ordered a 2017 MacBook Pro in Grade C. It arrived today and is almost perfect - a few imperfections as should be expected but they are so minor and the product looks new!

I am a technically layperson investing in a refurbished iMac, so reassurances were important to me. After some research I chose Mac Store because (obviously) they’re Mac specialists, their website provided clear information, they had good company reviews, the price was competitive, they offered a warranty and, when I called asking a few questions (re. warranty, condition, and spec) they answered the call quickly and were helpful with clear answers. When I received my grade B 2019 iMac it was extremely well packed, delivered the week I requested, and looks brand new (still haven’t found why it was graded B cosmetically yet). I have been using it for work for over a week now and all seems to be technically sound. I am really pleased and would go straight to Mac Store when buying Apple products again.
