Lovely lovely team. Helped me in every way they could with a delivery issue that meant I wouldn't have my bag for my holiday. Got me another out same day (I bought it, but I but Skye personally made sure it hit goods out on time for next day) AND resolved the original issue so I coukd return the other bag.
