Extra additional costs, for example in winter time for winter tires.
I am confused why they didn’t take extra cost for oil, fluids, doors, radio and other things.
This is very low from this company to pay 35 euro for tires.
People don’t use this rental company, pay little more but you will get better service.

Bilo je izvrsno iskustvo, od same usluge u poslovnici do vozila koje je bilo čisto, uredno, sigurno, opremljeno svim potrebnim da osigura neometano putovanje.

Da sam iskren, je bilo sve ok. Odlična usluga što se tiče avta, jedino što bi po mom moglo biti bolje je brzina preuzimanja vozila, inače pa sve za deset.

"When I took the car your representative…"

When I took the car your representative needed about 1/4 h to heat it since it was frozen. From the moment we started the paperwork till I drove the car, 1 hour.
The tank was not full 1/8th was missing and I returned it the same way, issue with the employee.
I paid 50€ for early return of the car at 07:00 (I was flying at 08:15) nobody was there till 07:20 .

I came without a reservation in the evening. The young lady (I am not sure about her name) working for Avia did a great job of finding me a car I wanted, Peugeot 3008. She was also very professional and efficient in choosing the options, making the contract, the invoice, etc. The car was good and in good condition. It was a pleasant trip despite the large distance – from Zagreb to Podgorica, Montenegro, and back.

Negativ ist das Winterreifen zusätzlich kosten und im Rechnung gestellt sind.
In Kroatien ist es Gesetzlich vorgeschrieben obligatorische Winterreifen ab 1. November bis 1. April und für Mieter darf es wegen dem keine zusätzliche Kosten werden.
Diese Kosten muss der Vermieter generieren.
