We had to insist to be able to return the car earlier than the rental deadline indicated on the voucher. Our flight being scheduled before this deadline, we had to insist heavily despite the fact that there were no other customers

The AVIA company assumes that the time indicated on the contract is the return time. In all rental contracts this is the cut-off time.
This excuse is a way of clearing oneself of the lack of kindness and considering the comment as unjustified and false.
The fact remains that I have never dealt with such unpleasant people

"Disappointed, not recommended ..."

The product I chose was a Fiat 500, I really looked forward to driving one, but when I arrived it was made clear that such car was not ever available. A Fiat Panda was a disappointment, I would have considered another car paying a difference but upgrade was not offered.
I had paid extra to use navigation, my surprise was to get a Parrot, a outdated device that did take time to connect, would not work when in a parking garage, had to stop the car outside each time…and was not up to date with the roads around Zagreb.
The car was also completely covered on all sides with little marks and dents, with a 1100 euro deposit I frankly felt worried that at any time and with such amount of previous damage to the car I could be made liable and it made me wary of the state of the engine. I felt insecure. I would not repeat the experience, honestly the price was very attractive but having added an in handy parrot, having paid a full coverage insurance additional…it was a bad expirience. I would have been better off with one of the more reputed car rental companies.

Ils nous ont obligés à prendre une assurance de 140 euros pour 3 jours de location en plus alors que j'avais tout réglé avant (assurance tout risque comprise)
Pas le choix, il était 21h et c'était un dimanche. La voiture était dans un état moyen.
Après avoir pris contact avec ma banque le lendemain, c'est pratique courante chez certains loueurs. Je voyage pas mal et c'est la première fois que cela m'arrive.
