Die Übergabe des Autos ging sehr schnell. Ebenso bei der Rückgabe.
Das Auto war sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme.

Overall was very good! Very cheap and was nervous, but no issues at all. Had a small upgrade on the car. Quick return. Only small down side was that when I arrived to collect there wasn’t anyone at the desk and I had to wait 10 mins, but I was an hour late and hence I gave 5 stars as potentially my fault.

I can only warn against this provider!
Our flight was about 25 minutes late and we tried to contact the rental company directly after landing, but no one answered the phone. When we then walked to the station, the employee said that we were too late and that the rental car could no longer be rented. The car was right there in the yard, but if you are more than an hour late, the booking is canceled. Of course you don't get your money back.
They didn't want to give us another rental car and we were lucky that there were other car rental companies in Split.

We have already asked the company for a statement several times, but all requests have gone unanswered. We have now contacted the police and a lawyer to take action against these fraudsters

We booked a small car for our trip to Croatia. We were given a VW Polo, absolutely ideal for what we needed. The car was well presented and inspected before taken off site. Any small marks or damage was already noted. One thing to watch is to check if you've already organised your own insurance as they will try to sell additional insurance which is not needed. Other than that my experience of Avia Car Rental was very good and would definitely use them again in the future.

I just want to see how long it will take to return the deposit!
