Avia can do better than my recent experience.
Online booking does not explain the office and pick-up location at Split Airport. Pulling the suitcases outside of the airport was not a pleasant experience, especially in bad weather.
My traveling plan changed and I needed to return the car outside office opening hours, only to be asked for an extra charge, no flexibility. Needless to say, I will not be renting from Avia organization again.

Hi. We were not satisfied. We had a virtual credit card in our cell phone and you didn't accept it.
We had to pay you another 220 euros. Your employee claimed that the virtual credit card could not be used and then wanted to pay 220 euros with it and she went to use it.
The credit card was fine, other merchants accepted it, but you didn't. The car had a broken light and a dented bumper.
