Des voleurs, pour une minuscule rayures sur la poignée de la portière qui vaut 15 à 30 € ils m’ont facturé presque 300 €, soit 10 fois plus cher, que le prix initial, en plus des 40 € des frais de administration, c’est-à-dire imprimer et signer quatre papiers

Pick up staff was friendly. Price was competitive. The car itself was clean but after the first hour of driving I felt the steering was always pushing left when left loose. This meant that for the whole holiday I had to drive while maintaining some force pushing the wheel to the right. Minor inconvenience.
Someone bumped into the car while parked and of course did not leave a note.
Quite expensive for a small bump and scratch. 300€, included a whopping 75€ of "damage processing costs", which seems a lot when they're just gonna add a cross on the leasing contract of the car and rent it again without repairs.

"Overly aggressive selling of additional insurance ..."

I was completely dissatisfied with the attitude of your staff at the pick up location at Split Airport. The girl was very rude and got quite aggressive when I said on three seperate occasions that I did NOT want the additional insurance and that I fully understood the potential ramifications of not taking this additional
insurance. However once we left the pick up station all went well and the vehicle performed as expected so happy with that aspect of the rental. Unfortunately your staff attitude and agressive approach means that I would not use your company again and I would not recommend it to others.

Waiting a long time.they are trying to sell expensive insurance.check the car carefully,the car had much more damage than theyhadindicated,this could cost a lot of moneywhen delivery the car.

Online rental was easy and accurate. The amount quoted was the amount given at checkout. A modification we requested was easily accommodated. The car we got was better than expected (in terms of size).
One thing to be aware of is that the "full insurance" that the discovercars website pushes is a reimbursement method, meaning that the rental company will charge you for any issues, and you need to file a claim with them. We didn't need to (thankfully), but something to keep in mind.
Overall, we were very satisfied with the service, car, and value involved.

Very efficient, quick and factual customer reps. Got all information handled very quickly. Provided an upgraded vehicle which was super comfortable. Return was also quick and easy. Cars located at airport. Great experience, would rent again.

The office is off the airport site, about 300 yards from the entrance/exit down a dusty road, which is quite inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. I purchased excess insurance from a comparison website, which the man at the desk was very unhappy about. He was very pushy about purchasing their excess insurance which doubled the price of the rental, and was uncomfortably assertive that we should have bought their own insurance.
The car was as described, brand new and very comfortable.
