Sehr lange Wartezeit (in der prallen Sonne) bei Abholung und auch bei der Rückgabe des Fahrzeuges obwohl nicht viel los war ging nicht wirklich was voran. Das Personal war sichtlich überfordert und dazu noch unfreundlich.
Die zwei Pluspunkt gibt es nur für das fast neue Fahrzeug ein VW T-Rock.

"Disappointed with everything..."

The person who attended me on Sunday morning, the 7th, was really unfriendly and unpleasant. She charged me extra costs practically without informing me and without seeing clear tariffs. She charged us 50€ extra for returning the car at 7am on the 14th because it was too early and when we arrived at that time the office was full of staff and customers. Incomprehensible. Then he didn't allow me to leave a deposit with my card, I don't know why and I had to take out fully comprehensive insurance at a cost of 170€ and finally I had to pay an extra 50€ for a ferry transfer
In the end a Citroen C3 car that couldn't cope with the climbs cost me 500€ for 7 days. Really very expensive for the car it was.

"Highly improved..."

Car quality has improved from last year and exceptional . Staff with car handover were great and professional both at pick up and drop off.

"Good service, good car and value for money..."

Overall a positive experience. Great car (clean and well maintained), friendly staff, and really quick and easy drop off. The only down side was the time it took to pick up the car in the beginning. I appreciate there is admin required to hire a car, but a lot of the information needed was already provided at the time I made the booking online so just seemed to be duplicating effort and delaying the collection process.

"No problems..."

Short time waiting at the counter. Car was fresh cleaned. The staff showed (very) detailled all small scatches (nearly invisible). Return investigation without any problems. Communication only in English.

"They cheat me..."

They cheat me. I have to pay 200 euro extra. And because the flight was 1 Hour delay they charge me 40 euro extra

Newer rent a car at this Company.

If you dont buy an extra insurance you loose. Thet Will charge you for extra.

Poor car. Bad service.

"Good experience ..."

1-Everything all right except the “Airbag error” signal that we had from almost the beginning. We were very worried about the consequences of an accident without the airbags.
2- The AVIA manager told me that that signal is a problem with SKODA, it said "AIRBAG ERROR" it was not the signal for the accopaniant airbag.

"No empathy what so ever..."

We had a delay of 1hour so arrived at 21:00 at the desk in stead of 20 o clock. Had to pay a fee because after 21 is out of office and when he said this it was 21:02. Furthermore, not friendly at all during pick up and drop off. A really damaged car and when we returned it we had to show all of the pictures that someone already made when we picked up the car.

It took a long time to actually get the car as they did not have it ready.
I ordered a VW T-Cross and got an Opel Crossland (which was horrible).
I did not get a chance to fill the car up from 3/4 full to full when i returned the car and they charged me £74.85 for the privilege!

Robo de casi 900€ por unas pequeñas marcas de ramas u hojas que hemos limpiado con un paño quedando la furgoneta mejor que nueva. Una auténtica estafa en toda regla. Eviten esta empresa porque lo único que quiere es facturar y estafar a cada cliente.
Además, los empleados de la oficina de zádar se han reído en nuestra cara, unos auténticos maleducados.
Y el coche ya no tiene ningún arañazo. Tengo más de 20 fotos que así lo demuestran. Mentira tras mentira... Nos vemos en consumo. Ni pedir disculpas por la atención sabéis. Lo único que necesita reparación es vuestra cabeza.
